[Leave] After leaves are released, how do I handle leave records?

Scenario one:  Never requested a leave through the system

Admin. can go into [Attendance] > [Attendance of the month]>[Leave record] to add leave records one by one or download Excel template to bulk import records into the system.

To add a leave record. you will need to select the employee, leave type and duration.

To bulk import leaves, you will need to download the template first and input the details following the instruction and upload it to the system.

Scenario two: Leaves have already submitted through the system, but the leave quota changed after the leave rule was edited.

As the leaves submitted by the employees have already been generated before the leave rule changed, the system will apply the new leave rule setting next cycle. If you want the new leave rule to be applied this cycle in this year, you will need to first remove the employee from the leave and re-bind the employee. After that, leaves will be re-released.

If you want to keep the leaves that the employee have already submitted in the cycle, you should go into [Leave record]and click [Export leave record]


Import the employee’s leaves back into the system and fill in the info. according to the instructions.
