[Attendance] Why is [Overtime] not marked for relevant employees even though they meet all the criteria that I set up?

Please go into [Overtime Rule] in [Attendance Rule] and check the rule setting. If [Approval is required] is selected, employees will need to submit an overtime request after punch-out for the approval from the Person in Charge. The system will mark the records as [Overtime] after approval was granted.

If the employees have already submitted the request, they should go into [Approval Record] to check if the request has been approved.
