[Attendance] When an employee applied for working outside of the office, why does the attendance sheet not show the punch in/out time?

First, you should check whether the working hours outside of the office clash with the original shift.

If they are, the employee will be regarded as [no card punching needed] therefore punch in/out time will not show in the attendance sheet.

In terms of the system settings, when an employee applied for working outside of the office, punch in/out is not required. If you wish the employee to punch in/out while working outside of the office, you should set the time for working outside of the office within the working hours.

Example: Shift (09:00 -18:00).  The time slot available for applying working outside of the office (09:01 - 17:59). The system will then be able to show the punch in/out records.
