[Employee login] How to use company/team QR code to invite new-joiners to join a team?

The invite function allows new-joiners to register into the system by filling in the form instead of being added into the system by the Admin..

If the employees are already added into the system by the Admin., an invite is not needed.

Flow as below:

1. Obtain Team QR code

The Admin. can obtain the invitation QR code in the App and share it to the applicant, who can then submit a request to join the team by scanning the QR code for the Admin’s approval.

Go into App > [Contacts] > [+] and click [Team QR code]

2.  New users’ registration

For new users, after you downloaded the YOOV WORK APP, you can login by either Email or Phone no. (if you login by phone no., you are registered automatically)

3.  Join the team

After registration, you will then enter the team joining page in which you can join the team by either scanning the Team QR code or entering the Team invitation code and fill in the form. All the info. will be integrated into the system as the employee profile, which will be available for edit by the Admin. if needed.
