Add one employee

To add a single employee, the Admin. should go into [Employee] > [Employee list] and click [Add Employee].


After clicking [Add Employee], there are 3 options [Add Employee], [Add Employee to be onboarded], [Self-service onboarding]. For [Add Employee, all mandatory information* should be filled. (Note: [Add Employee to be onboarded] is for the Admin. to add the employees that are about to join the company.)

For companies that wish to generate MPF remittance statements through the system, [Last Name in second language] and [First name in second language] should be filled as the name shown in the statement. The system will generate the statement by the information you fill here. 

The [personal mobile number] and [personal email] below will be used for employees’ login to the mobile app. Employees should be reminded to make sure they input the exact same info. when they register through the mobile app.


Click [Save] after the info. of the new employee has been filled.


Once complete, the newly-added employee can be viewed in [Employee] > [Employee list] by the Admin..
