[Approval] Can attachment be set as mandatory for application for designated leaves?

Currently, the system cannot cater for mandatory attachment for designated leave types in one single approval rule. Workaround is as below:

Method one: Add [attachment] widget in [Form design] and set it as optional.

Employees will need to submit their application with attachment for the designated leave types.

Method two: Create a new approval rule for a leave application with mandatory attachment. 

For example, a sick leave application.
