Common Properties of Widget

• Field name
  • Name the title of widget

• Default value 
  • Set a default value for this field
  • Once the data has been inputted, the default data will be overwritten

• Validation
  • Required: this field must be filled before saving
  • No Duplication: the inputted data cannot be the same as an existing value in other records

• Field attributes 
  • Read only: field will be read only during creation or edit
  • Hidden: field will be hidden, only visible in “Form Editor”
  • Hidden During Creation: field will be hidden during creation

• Placeholder           
  • Show examples to users during creation, only visible when data has not been filled in yet
