[Form] How to setup Shareable Record?

Public Publishing

Users will be able to create public forms for users (regardless of whether they are registered on PLUS) to submit, view, query, and edit data.

  1. Click “Form Editor
  2. Click “Public Publish


Shareable Record

  1. Click "New +"
  2. Name the “Title
  3. Click “Save” 
  4. Form created
    • Edit the publish the editable form in Setting 
    • Delete the form 


Publish Editable Form Settings

  1. Click “Settings


Field

  1. Hide all fields from the public form
  2. Recover the original layout of the form editor
  3. Add description or edit the field name
  4. Add fields to the public form
  5. Click to add a logo
  6. Edit the form name
  7. Edit the form description
  8. Adjust the order of the fields by drag and drop
  9. Tick to allow edit


Shareable Settings

  1. Right-click the desired record in the table view
  2. Click “Shareable settings
  3. Activate the editable form
  4. Copy the link
  5. Tick to set a password
