What happens when the domain expires?

The domain would be held for about 40 days after expiring, customers can still manually renew for the standard renewal price.

After 40 days, the domain would enter a 30 days Redemption Grace Period(RGP), and customers can still manually renew for the standard renewal price with an additional redemption fee.

If customers did not renew the domain during the 70 days period, customers might be able to register the domain after the registry has been released (around 75 days after the domain expired), but we can't advise when the registry will release a domain for registration. There is a risk that the public may register your domain.
