Number

• Expression Type

• Calculation Method
  • Choose the appropriate method: Sum; Average; Max; Min; Product; Custom formula

• Fields
  • Choose data from designated field for calculations
  • Users can utilise the form's Amount Fields, Number Fields, other Expression Fields and Summary Fields

• Unit
  • Set a unit for calculated results 

• Decimals
  • Set decimal place
    
  • Default decimal place will be 2

Date

• Expression Type
  • Calculate durations of date and time

• Calculation Method
  • Days between two dates: calculate a period of days and time
    • Input Start and End Date
    • Choose include end-date or not
    • Choose Time Unit: Year; Month; Day; Hour; Minute
  • Add/subtract time from date: add or subtract a period from a date to get a new date
    • Select Date and input Custom Date Formula
      
  • Days up to today: calculate a period from today
    • Days between today and selected Date: for date after today
    • Days between selected date and today: for date before today
    • If choose the wrong one, the value will be shown in negative 
    • Choose Time Unit: Year; Month; Day; Hour; Minute

Auto-Numbering

Generate a serial number in a custom format for each record automatically.

• Number rule
  • Create a formatted and automated consecutive numbering ID for new records of the form
  • ID (Natural): number will start from the inputted Start Value and can be choose for reset by different period
  • ID (Formatted): set the digits of number, number will start from the inputted Start Value and can be choose for reset by different period, 0 will be added automatically for the lack of digits
  • Create at: choose the date formats and will be automatically filled by creation time when saving new record
  • Fixed length text: text inputs
  • Ref to column: use data of other fields

RichText

Members

Add other colleagues from same company, supports notifying the selected member and grant the management authority for the record.

• Field Type
  • Single Selection: only one member can be selected for the record
  • Multiple Selection: more than one member can be selected

• Selection Mode
  • Select members from pulldown menu or pop-up window

• Permission
  • As Record Data: only for data record as a text
  • As Record Owner: selected member can view record data only or edit the record as record owner (set in authorization)

• Team Name
  • Show if different from current: team name will be shown if the selected member is in another team 
  • Show always: Team name will be shown under member’s name 
  • Show always as tooltip: Team name will be shown when mouse over to the member’s name when viewing the record
