Basic Widgets

• Text - Input text
• Number - Input numbers 
• Amount - Input amount 
• Email - Input Email in the format of xxx@xxx.xxx
• Date - Input date/time 
• Phone - Input phone numbers or landlines with format verification 
• Single Selection - Provides options for single selection
• Multiple Selection - Provides options for multiple selections
• Attachments - To upload documents

Text

Input text.

• Row type  
  • Determine the number of rows in the field by single line or multiple lines 

• Prefix
  • Place text or numbers before data 

• Suffix       
  • Place text or numbers after data

Number

Input numbers.

• Prefix
  • Place text or numbers before data 

• Suffix       
  • Place text or numbers after data

• Validation
  • Within Range: limiting data entered within range (min/max value)

Amount

Input amount.

• Prefix
  • Place text or numbers before data 

• Suffix       
  • Place text or numbers after data

  • Within Range: limiting data entered within range (min/max value)

Email

Input Email in the format of xxx@xxx.xxx.

Date

Input date/time.

• Field type 
  • For different record purposes
  • Date; Time; Date/Time

• Default value 
  • Current: current date and time will be automatically entered during the creation
  • Other Field/Query Form: choose data from Other Field or Query form

Phone

Input phone numbers or landlines with format verification.

• Select Country code
  • Allow users to select country codes
  • When disabled, input will be considered as HK phone number by default, for international number, country code must be inputted manually

Single Selection

Provides options for single selection.

• Field type 
  • Options can be shown as Pulldown Menu or Flat Menu

• Direction
  • Options can be shown as row or column in the Flat Menu

• Selection Datasource
  • Options can be added, hided, set default option, deleted, and sorted
  • Options can also be pre-set by users in Option Set
  • After activating value assignment, value can be assigned to options and available in Expression

• Settings
  • Allow users to add new options for Pulldown Menu

• Usage

Attachments

To upload documents.

• At least/most attachment count
  • Set limits for file uploads
  • Set as zero if no limit

• File type
  • Supports Image, Audio, Video, MS word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint, Word, Compressed, PDF 
  • Image: jpg / jpeg / png/ gif / tiff/ psd/ eps/ ai/ indd/ raw/ bmp
  • Audio: aac/ ac3/ aiff/ flac/ m4a/ mp3/ mp4/ ogg/ opus/ ts/ wav/ wma
  • Video: mp4/ mov/ wmv/ flv/ avi/ avchd/ webM/ mkv 
  • MS Word: doc / docm/ docx/ dot/ dotx
  • MS Excel: csv/ xlsx/ xls/ xlsm / xlm / xlt/ xltm/ xltx/xla / xlam / xll
  • MS PowerPoint: pot/ potm/ potx/ ppam/ pps/ ppsm/ ppsx/ ppt/ pptm/ pptx
