[Payroll] Unable to set up part time employee’s hourly wage

Follow the steps below to check the setting of [Hourly Pay]

Step one: Check if the correct rule has been added.

Step two: Check if the setting of hourly pay rules are correct.

  1. Check if the [Accounting duration method] is correct being [by shift length], [According to working hours] or [Import data].
    [by shift length] : Shift should be assigned to employees in advance
     [According to working hours] : Employees must punch in/out.



  1. Check if the Calculation rule of time rate (hourly/daily) is set up incorrectly.

Step three: Edit the wage group to see if the hourly pay rules have been applied to the [Associate Payroll Plan].
