[Workflow] How to setup Workflow Trigger Method?

  1. Click the “App name” on top left-hand corner
  2. Select “Workflow”
  3. Click “+ New Workflow
  4. Choose the trigger method

Worksheet Event Triggered

  1. Click the “Setting” to set the trigger
  2. Select Worksheet” to start the setup process 
    • If users change to another worksheet, all related node configuration fields will be reset, and users need to reconfigure these nodes. Please confirm that this operation needs to be performed
  3. Choose the “Trigger Method” and the field to be triggered
    • When adding or updating recordsThe process will be triggered when one of the fields specified above is updated, if no field is specified, it means that any field update will be triggered
    • Only when adding a new record: The process is triggered when a new record is added
    • Only update records: The process will be triggered when one of the fields specified above is updated, if not specified, it means that any field will be updated when it is updated
    • When deleting records
  4. Set filter conditions
    • Only the record that meet the conditions will enter the process
  5. Click “Save


Timed trigger

  1. Click the “Setting” to set the trigger
  2. Input “Execution Date
  3. Choose “Repeat Mode
  4. Click “Generate the upcoming 7 days to be triggered” to preview the day to be triggered
  5. Click “Save


Trigger by date field

  1. Click the “Setting” to set the trigger
  2. Select Worksheet” to start the setup process
  3. Choose a “Specify a Date field
  4. Choose the “Start Time”
  5. Input the time for “Execute At”
  6. Click “Save”
