- Click the “App name” on top left-hand corner
- Select “Workflow”
- Click “+ New Workflow”
- Choose the trigger method
Worksheet Event Triggered
- Click the “Setting” to set the trigger
- “Select Worksheet” to start the setup process
- If users change to another worksheet, all related node configuration fields will be reset, and users need to reconfigure these nodes. Please confirm that this operation needs to be performed
- Choose the “Trigger Method” and the field to be triggered
- When adding or updating records: The process will be triggered when one of the fields specified above is updated, if no field is specified, it means that any field update will be triggered
- Only when adding a new record: The process is triggered when a new record is added
- Only update records: The process will be triggered when one of the fields specified above is updated, if not specified, it means that any field will be updated when it is updated
- When deleting records
- “Set filter conditions”
- Only the record that meet the conditions will enter the process
- Only the record that meet the conditions will enter the process
- Click “Save”
Timed trigger
- Click the “Setting” to set the trigger
- Input “Execution Date”
- Choose “Repeat Mode”
- Click “Generate the upcoming 7 days to be triggered” to preview the day to be triggered
- Click “Save”
Trigger by date field
- Click the “Setting” to set the trigger
- “Select Worksheet” to start the setup process
- Choose a “Specify a Date field”
- Choose the “Start Time”
- Input the time for “Execute At”
- Click “Save”
