[Workflow] What is Workflow?

Workflow provide an automatically executable process model, repetitive tasks can be replaced by automation to reduce manual operations and improve efficiency.

• An automated workflow consists of 1 trigger + N action nodes
  • Trigger: A switch for the workflow, the process can be started only when the conditions of the trigger are met
  • Action nodes: Automatically executed operations in the workflow

Overview of workflow creation

1. Choose and configure the trigger method
2. Set the action nodes that need to be executed in the process
3. Set the configuration of process execution
4. Save and release the process
5. Enable the process
