- Click “+ Add new module”
- Select “Calendar”
- Name the “Title”
- Choose “Icon”
- Click “Save”
- Add “Sub Title” if applicable
- Select form(s) from “Form Selection” to be shown in the calendar
- Edit “Selected Forms” and select the data field to be associated in calendar
- Only one “Category Field” can be selected in a form
- Click “Save”
