After confirming the order, customers need to wait 1-5 working days for approval before the domain can be activated. If customer is purchasing a domain ending with .hk, please submit your Business Registration Certificate(BR) and wait for approval by HKIRC. If the process is successful, you will receive an email from HKIRC. The whole process is estimated to take about 5-7 working days. If the relevant email is not received, please contact HKIRC for checking.
Besides, customers could check the status of the domain on My Domains. If the status is Active, which means your domain has been activated.
