Public Publishing
Users will be able to create public forms for users (regardless of whether they are registered on PLUS) to submit, view, query, and edit data.
- Click “Form Editor”
- Click “Public Publish”
Publish Form
- Click "New +"
- Name the “Title”
- Click “Save”
- Activate/ deactivate the link
- Link created
- Open link
- Copy link
- Edit the form in Setting
- Delete the form
- View and download the QR code
Publish Form Settings
Click “Settings”
Field
- Hide all fields from the public form
- Recover the original layout of the form editor
- Add description or edit the field name
- Add fields to the public form

- Click to add a logo
- Edit the form name
- Edit the form description
- Adjust the order of the fields by drag and drop

- Copy the link
- Download the QR code
- Submissions
- Choose the submission limit of the form
- Massage after submission
- Edit the message that will show after the submission

Query params can use different links or QR codes to submit the form and the source will be shown in the selected field
- Select a text field to store the query params
- Need to pre-set a text field in the form
- The field will not be shown in the public form
- Enter the keyword
- Click “+” to generate link
- Delete, copy the link, or download the QR code
