[Form] How to change the settings of the Form?

After creating a form, users will be able to:

• Reorder forms by dragging
• When the mouse pointer is moved to the form, press “…", a pulldown menu will be shown

Rename and change icon

1. Rename the form ”Title”
2. Select an ”Icon”
3. Click “OK” to save changes

Duplicate

• To duplicate a form
• When duplicating forms, only the widget setups will be copied, recorded data in forms will not be copied

Move to

• Move the form to another modules
  

Hidden

• Form will be hidden but records can still be correlating to other forms
• Administrator will be accessible to all settings, data and hidden forms

Delete

• To delete the form

• Only administrators have permission to delete forms, all records will be deleted and cannot be recovered
• If that deleted form has “Related Record” widget, the related form may not be edit
