Step one: Check the applied employees
Go into the leave rule and remove the employees selected, if any, in [Applicable employees].
Step 2: Check leave records
Remove the record related to the relevant leave rule in [Leave record], if any.
Step three: Check if it is attendance-related (if it is [Leave quota accrued by overtime hours])
Change the Compensation method or remove the [Leave quota accrued by overtime hours] to remove the connection.
