Please follow the steps below to set up:
Step one: Create a new leave rule or edit an existing leave rule.
Go into [Leave] > [Leave Setting] and create a new leave rule or edit an existing rule.
Step two: Set up the leave rule.
Must set the leave unit as [Hour]
In [Leave Granting Rules], select [Leave quota accrued by overtime hours] to connect the overtime hours to Overtime leaves.
Step three: Set up overtime rule
First, go into [Attendance] > [Attendance setting] > [Overtime rule] to create or edit overtime rules.
Set up the compensation method for overtime on working day/ rest day/ statutory holiday (including overtime leave/overtime pay/both), the ratio between overtime hours and the overtime leaves and the approval setting.
If approval is required, employees will need to submit an overtime request and [Overtime] will only be marked after the approval has been granted.
Last, apply the overtime rule to the attendance group in [Attendance group management]
How to submit an overtime request.
In the APP, click [Overtime Application] and fill in all the fields marked with *.
Once the approval is granted, overtime hours will be accrued in overtime leaves balance.
