What should I do if I need more accounts?

Adding additional email accounts or increasing mailbox capacity is unavailable for the free version corporate email service.
If additional email accounts and mailbox capacity are needed, please upgrade to either the advanced or professional version corporate email service.

If additional email accounts are needed for the customers of the advanced version or professional version corporate email service, customers will be charged for every 5 additional email accounts:
Advanced version: HK $599/year for every 5 additional email accounts
Professional version: HK $899/year for every 5 additional email accounts

The charging method is as follows:
(remaining days of use/number of days in a year) x an upgraded email account unit price = price for an upgraded email account
price for an upgraded email account x additional email accounts required (every 5 additional users) = Total Amount

Example:
Upgrade to the advanced version:
(298/365) *119.8 = HK $97.8 (price for an upgraded email account)
97.8*5 = HK $489.05 (Total Amount)
