It could be due to a few different problems:
- The mail account runs out of storage space
- Go to clients.yoov.com to upgrade mail capacity
- Delete emails to free up spaces
- You’re using an invalid email account
- Make sure the internet is connected
- Go to clients.yoov.com and check if the email is active
- You’ve typed the wrong password
- Make sure the password inputted is correct
- Go to clients.yoov.com and change the password
- Your domain has expired
- Renew/ extend your domain registration from the domain host website
- If you purchased a new domain, go to clients.yoov.com to reset the MX records
