Why can’t I receive the email?

It could be due to a few different problems: 

  1. The mail account runs out of storage space 
    • Go to clients.yoov.com to upgrade mail capacity 
    • Delete emails to free up spaces
       
  2. You’re using an invalid email account
    • Make sure the internet is connected
    • Go to clients.yoov.com and check if the email is active

  3. You’ve typed the wrong password
    • Make sure the password inputted is correct
    • Go to clients.yoov.com and change the password 
  4. Your domain has expired
    • Renew/ extend your domain registration from the domain host website
    • If you purchased a new domain, go to clients.yoov.com to reset the MX records
