[Payroll] Why is [Inactive] shown after payroll adjustment?

Please check the effective date of payroll adjustment.

When the Admin creates a new payroll which’s effect date is the current month, it will be “Active”.

Example: A payroll adjustment was created on 1/2 and the effective date was also set as 1/2. A Monthly Payroll Summary of Feb has to be generated to activate the adjustment.
